This is very frustrating to a lot of people who just want to use a Local Account and NOT a Microsoft Account. Show how do we bypass Microsoft Account during installing Windows 11 Home and Windows 11 Pro. Disconnect from the internet and start the install process, once you are at the login section of the setup press Shift + F10 to open the command prompt and Type: OOBE\BYPASSNRO The PC will restart and then you can continue to setup Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 Pro with a Local Account.
